Current Plan

  • Nathan finishes the ppxlib manual (1 week from now)
  • Sonja starts porting bisect_ppx
  • Carl finishes the OMP 2 PR
  • Carl ports ppxlib to OMP 2 (2 weeks from now)

Meeting notes

Nathan hasn't had time to do much work on documentation so not much progress on this since last week.

Sonja opened the WIP PR for jsoo's PPX. It seems that the OMP Ast_mapper that was exposed for other reasons than internal tests since it is referred to in the documentation. We'll wait for more input from the maintainers on this. It is likely that this can be replaced by other solutions more aligned with the recent tooling that might not have been available at the time.

Carl almost finished the work for OMP 2. Everything that needed to be deleted has been deleted but he has to make sure the documentation and README are aligned with those changes before opening the PR. Once this is ready, Carl will start working on an OMP 2 compatible version of ppxlib.

After the ppxlib's documentation is up-to-date and we're done with the OMP2 + compatible ppxlib release the next steps of the plan are to clean up the story for the addition of new OCaml versions to OMP and to start working on astlib.
