The SvxLink applications are available in the normal Debian repositories.
To install SvxLink Server via command line, type:
sudo apt-get install svxlink-server
To install Qtel via the command line, type:
sudo apt-get install qtel
The packages are provided free of charge and without warranty.
It may be helpful to go back to the installation page and read through the post install stuff chapter.
