AnnotationOverlays

The built-in plugin AnnotationOverlays renders basic navigation elements on the video overlays in the following two forms:

1. Timeline markers

... are rendered in the beginning and on mouse over the label and a link shows up on the bottom of the screen with times. When you click on a marker, the player jumps to the annotation start time.

2. Spacial annotations

... are shown when the annotation becomes active.
