European copy of toolkit

There is now a European copy of Toolkit available for TLS testing. Thank you to the Gazelle team for installing this.

I have created an Repository/Registry simulator (similar to the functionality of the Public Registry server). The details are:

The Registry does require a V2 Patient Identity Feed. You can send it through your software or use the Manage Patient IDs tool. If you use the tool, the registry name is default__regrep.

To view the logs for this simulator, open the Simulator Logs tool and select the default__regrep simulator.

I have loaded a single DocumentEntry to support simple tests. The Patient ID is
