###Introduction and Project Summary The study of online behavior usually requires the gathering and analysis of large amounts of data. Up to this point, there has been no standardized procedure for gathering and analyzing these datasets and no centralized repository for their storage. This makes it very difficult, if not impossible, for the proper peer review of studies based on this data.

The purpose of this project is to attempt to solve part of this problem by offering a centralized repository for the storing, describing, analyzing, and sharing of these datasets and to provide access to this repository to computational social scientists, social scientists, and citizens interested in studying online human interactions.
