- Reduced multiplier from 3x -> 1.5x
- Enemies where base HP * HP Multiplier < 600 have their base HP increased to 600

Damage modification changed from 3x damage to a scaling 4x-2x damage based on base max health (max damage boost at 100hp, lowest at 1000hp).
- Lemurians are stronger, Golems are about the same, Elder Lemurians are weaker.
- Certain enemies have a unique damage modifier that overrides the above.

Trying to make befriending weak enemies more viable. Overall goal is that you should be able to simply pick your favorite enemy and be able to make it work. Needs more testing to fine-tune the numbers.

- SFX now only plays when zapping enemies. This should make it easier to tell how much damage it's doing.

- Reduce lightning bounce count from 1 (3 scepter) ->0 (2 scepter)

Active Warp Points are now removed if their owner dies.
Lowering Cyborg's damage output a tad to account for its strong mobility and good crowd control from M2/Shift.

Certain enemies will still be really strong with these items, but it's a lot more manageable now.

Chirr and Cyborg are untested in MP, but I'm confident in the theory behind their netcode.
Hopefully any bugs should be easy to fix.
Both are completely not balance tested.

Chirr's kit is fully coded, but she becomes uncontrallable at high move speeds due to the ragdollcontroller being set up incorrectly.
