0.7.3 - Cyborg Defense Matrix Meter

      • No longer cancellable by Overheat Redress while charging.
    • Defense Matrix

      • Now uses a proper shield meter, instead of having a fixed duration.
        • Skill lasts as long as you hold the button down.
        • Can hold for up to 2s
          • +1s per backup mag
          • 0.5s min duration
        • When fully depleted, must recharge to full (duration without backup mags) before it can be used again.
          • Takes 6s to recharge.
          • Scales off of CDR items.
      • Now prevents sprinting.
    • Shock Core

      • Fixed the skill proccing items on itself.
  • Nemmando

    • Gouge
      • Proc coefficient increased from 0.5 -> 1.0
      • Now triggers on-impact effects (ex. Behemoth)

    Gouge only ticks 4 times per second and stacks only increase damage, low enough to not need a low proc coefficient.

      • Now only pierces when perfectly charged.

      As a Secondary this felt too similar to the Primary, just being another flavor of hitscan laser attack.

    • New Secondary: Defense Matrix

      • Project an energy field that neutralizes ranged attacks from enemies. Reduces non-secondary cooldowns by 0.5s for every projectile deleted.
        • Lasts 2s, 6s cooldown.
        • Can attack while using this skill.
        • Projectile deletion rules are the same as RiskyMod Captain
          • Does not delete stationary projectiles like Mushrum puddles and SCU/AWU superattacks.
        • Works against hitscan attacks.
    • Recall

      • Moved to Utility slot.

      • Reduced cooldown from 15s -> 12s

        Recall/Overheat slots being swapped from SS1 was due to Cyborg being developed before Lysate Cells were added to the game.

    • New Alt Utility: Flight Mode

      • Gain 200% speed and fly in the direction you are looking at for 1.5s.

      • Deals 400% damage and knocks enemies away on impact.

      • Gains damage based on speed.

          *Does this fit? Need advice on tuning it. Would probably feel better if it had an anim to go with it.*
        
    • Overheat Redress

      • Moved to Special slot.
      • Increased cooldown from 10s -> 12s
      • Reduced proc coefficient from 1.0 -> 0.7
      • Reduced base DPS from 800% -> 700%
      • Minimum DPS reduced from -80% -> -90%
  • Chirr

    • Sanative Aura now cleanses debuffs.
  • Nemmando

    • Fixed Commando skin icon.
  • Replaced placeholder skin icons with autogenerated LoadoutAPI skin icons.

  • Fixed Emote code using hacky pre-SotV camera modification code.

  • Added Force Unlock config for skins since sometimes the unlocks refuse to work and I have no clue why.

    • Old Unlock All config has changed name, so be sure to enable the new one if you plan on using it.
      • Now split into 2 options: Unlock Gameplay (Characters + Skills) and Unlock Skins.

  • Nemesis Invasion Event

    • Fully completing the Void Fields will now trigger the Nemesis Invasion event.
      • Does not trigger if you leave the Void Fields early.
      • Each stage, a Nemesis Survivor will invade 20 seconds after the stage begins.
      • Nemesis Survivors are a part of the Void Team, and will relentlessly hunt down players.
      • Stats are similar to Scavengers and they gain items as well, but healing items are blacklisted.
      • Drops an Irradiant Pearl on death (since items aren't working).
      • Currently, only Nemmando is supported. Nemforcer support soon.

    Not sure if visuals/music are networked. Invasions can be disabled in config.

  • Cyborg

    • Overheat Redress no longer applies self-knockback while grounded.
  • Nemmando

    • Improved AI.
  • Chirr

    • EmoteAPI skeleton arms are no longer asymmetrical.
