About the pull request
Places more apollo maintenance consoles around the Almayer. Combined with #3783 will make the consoles actually useful.
Explain why it's good for the game
Allows them to be accessed in more places rather than exclusively on the top deck.
This allows more people to readily report maintenance issues.
