Steps to relocate:

1. Fetch latest `main`
2. Update the `group` and/or `visibility` in the module's manifest.
3. Run `node scripts/relocate --moveOnly

Looks like this PR has a backport PR but it still hasn't been merged. Please merge it ASAP to keep the branches relatively in sync.
