Maximum velocity

Maximum velocity at the test track is 10 kilometers per hour (6.2137 miles per hour). A throttle of 1.0 will propel Carla to 150 mph, therefore a throttle of 0.0414 should go 6.2137 mph (in theory, if linearly scaled). Note: John Chen reports his team used a max throttle of 0.025

Stop for yellow

Due to the low velocity requirement at the test site, it will not be necessary to handle the yellow light as a decision to go or stop. We should simply stop for yellow. In the simulator, if we allow velocity greater than 30 mph, then we might wish to make the assessment to continue or halt.
