Persona
This page describes the various Personas we can use in User Stories
An emergency responder is a trained volunteer or employee of a local government or private agency providing ambulance, fire department, police or other emergency services that is dispatched to the site of an emergency to provide support, treatment, rescue or mitigation of damage to people or property. See first reponder in HSPD-8 and emegency response provider in the Homeland Security Act.
Hospital Administrators are responsible for administration and operations of a hospital facility. The term includes both senior level administration leaders as well as managers and staff responsible for operations.
Someone who will implement some component of the SANER Specifications.
A Public Health Official is usually an credentialed individual working for local, state or Federal government, or assigned by a healthcare facility to liaison with other public health officials to address population health issues. Public Health Officials often provide treatment services (in which case they would also take on the persona of Treating Provider below).
A healthcare provider (Physician, PA, NP, Nurse) or assisting staff actively providing or facilitating treatment services for a patient. Non-credentialed staff are included in this role because they are often delegated authority by a credentialed provider especially in times of public health crises.
