Vendors: Agency Guidelines

In addition to the vendor guidelines, agencies may want to consider the following details:
- If you're handling any personal data, register as a vendor in the Global Vendor List.
- Become familiar with the capabilities of your DSP partner(s) so that you only work with personal data when you have a legal basis to do so. Some of the following questions may help you get started:
- Are your DSPs working with the TCF?
- Are your DSPs reading the TC String passed through OpenRTB?
- How are your DSP partners communicating transparency and consent and are they passing personal data only when there is a legal basis? How do they track these practices?
