MOM CA: Data structure

There are several eXist-collections for the actual data in MOM-CA (i.e. charters):

  • metadata.annotation contains published image annotations
  • metadata.archive.public contains the metadata of archives in EAG files
  • metadata.charter.import contains data during the import process
  • metadata.charter.import.util
  • metadata.charter.public contains the data of the single charters when they are published in CEI files encapuslated in ATOM metadata for the ID and the responsibility
  • metadata.charter.saved contains the data of single charters before they are published
  • metadata.collection.public contains the data of charter collections which do not represent an entity for archival management
  • metadata.fond.public contains the description of archival fonds in which the charters are organised
  • metadata.imagecollections
  • metadata.controlledVocabularies.public contains SKOS encoded controlled vocabularies
  • metatata.geo.public contains geographical information
  • metadta.person.public contains prosopographical data encoded in tei:person entries
  • metadata.mycollection.public contains user generated collections which have been published
  • metadata.portal.public contains the organisation of the data into portals (e.g. by country)
  • xrx.user contains the user space, including a /user-id/.xml and after creating private collections a /user-id/ collection with metadata.charter, metadata.svg, metadata.mycollection
