Starting a CRE on the de.NBI Partner cloud via PhenoMeNal Portal
This tutorial describes the steps required to start a PhenoMeNal cloud research environment (CRE) on the german de.NBI cloud and is a sub-section of Starting a PhenoMeNal CRE via PhenoMeNal Portal.
You will need a pre-exsisting de.NBI cloud account.
Note: Please make sure to switch off the deployment after use to avoid continued use of the de.NBI cloud.
- Click de.NBI on the Setup New Cloud Research Environment page.
- Enter your "Amazon AWS Access Key ID" and "Secret Access Key". For tutorial on how to get these access tokens see How to obtain AWS credentials
