    • Time tracking for different projects
    • It would be helpful to review the Hypothesis/EOLS meeting and potential action items/ties to other work: we talked about changes to Dataverse to support replacing files in a draft dataset, assigning/reserving file DOIs at creation time, and the potential for connecting the package structure for capturing data and annotations to the RDA BagIt/import mechanism. It would be useful to get a sense of which ones (if any) are things to start working on and when, how the work should be supported, etc.

Note - developer from UM dropped out - so we're going to need to find someone else to focus on front-end development. Joel can likely participate in UX testing, but may be more limited than we imagined.

Selenium design

  • Destroying registered users is a design challenge
  • Admin would have to login and then delete the session ... Seba doesn't want to take this approach...

PhP upgrade

  • Stage verified except for composer being updated ...
  • What is timeline for Prod ?
  • Prod needs to be offline for short period - Seba will do this on the next weekend after SK's team is done testing...

How was PhP problem solved?

  • Ubuntu aptitude packages have conflicts from dependence on LibCurl 3
  • The control manifest of this file can be edited - Seba modified this so that it would be compliant with LibCurl and Shibboleth - and let us upgrade PhP ...
  • While this solution hacky, but SEBA is confident :) that this is a stable solution ...

Jim + Seba

  • short timeouts on dev and stage (Jira 1135)
  • Drupal is timing out (seeing 502s) because of ... load balancer? This was solved on Prod but not on Stage and Dev

  • Reporting broken down by project makes sense for all involved
  • Hypothesis integration with Dataverse / ATI project for NSF LSS - there are two tickets in Jira now that describe preliminary work that JM can work on for the coming week
