Drupal

Continued working on Javascript mechanism to flip search between data and website/resources.

Dataverse

Updated JWT tokens on all machines for reporting MakeDataCount metrics to DataCite
Deployed the GeoIpUpdate script to keep the GeoIP database for MDC up-to-date
Worked on several PRs, which I think brings us up-to-date w.r.t. main QDR contributions
- #7178 - fixed a minor bug causing failures on original API calls, updated prod metrics caching/db to handle requests until update is deployed (so QDR stats are reported in the global summaries). (FWIW: Also did work for GDCC to make global metrics ask for json on endpoints where QDR added json/csv options.)
- #7334 -File PID registration at creation - updated and added code to also check/do registration at publication time if it hadn't been done before/added a failure message analogous to the one for dataset PID if this fails.
- #7336 - update to file replace to check for name conflicts with other files
- #7337 - allow replacement of draft file, keeping file metadata except file name
