Reviewed the Shema.org, Google recommendations, and open issues and improved the metadata in headers:
- update to send description(s) as text instead of a JsonArray and truncate to <5000 chars (#9085),
- Add url for citation (related publications) and change text -> name (#9086),
- implement person/org check and update author/creator fields (#9089). Also updated the algorithm to allow an assumption that, if a name doesn't have a comma, it has to be an Organzation (all Person names are in 'family name, given name' form),
- change fileFormat -> encodingFormat and send url for restricted/embargoed files (and not just public ones) (#9087).
found/fixed citation.tsv merge error

Turned on the CKEditor5 for all page types on develop. Looked briefly at an issue reported by Sebastian related to [COinS]. ((http://ocoins.info/) direct slack message)

Updated prod to payara 5.2022.3, deployed Dataverse 5.12-qdr and latest Drupal
Investigated odd optimistic lock failure on filemetadata during update/re-export all processing - did not find any reason it should occur, either in the processing code or in bot/other requests around that time.
Investigated missing CVV properties - found bad entries from charset errors and removed them.
Verified that dataset count (343) = # datasets (331) + 12 where a published and draft version both exist (which results in 2 search hits for those datasets)
Manually re-exported a few datasets that were not updated by re-exportAll (possibly due to a minor schema.org bug we fixed or just because I restarted Dataverse before the re-exportAll finished.)

- Develop guestbook at request based on ADA's original work
- Popup info accessibility - IQSS likes the recommendations from the source I linked to, so this can be implemented along those lines.
