Problems Accessing Site Through Internet Explorer (IE)

If a customer or a Forest Service Employee sends an email expressing trouble accessing the site while using Internet Explorer, please let them know that Open Forest is not supported by Internet Explorer. The site functions best when accessed with either Firefox or Google Chrome. Feel free to use the following template.

Hi NAME,

My name is ______ from the Open Forest Customer Support Staff and I'm responding to your email indicating you're having trouble accessing Open Forest using Internet Explorer. Unfortunately, Open Forest is not supported on Internet Explorer. You'll have better luck using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to access Open Forest.

If you don't have Chrome or Firefox and need guidance installing one of the browsers, please let us know and we may be able to help with that too.
