To create a standard across modules of gitFlow for the project to ensure continuous integration of the product.

The main repository will be the 18F/fs-permit-platform.

The main deployment branch will be
18f/master

Vendor's will each maintain their own fork of this repository.

Any submitted code will be merged into
18F/dev
. -
Vendor code will not be considered accepted or Done unless:
- upstream changes from
18f/master
are successfully merged into the the vendor fork, - all tests must pass on the 18F's Circle CI,
- merged into
18f/dev
successfully, - the Docker installation has been successfully updated,
- and received acceptance from the Government team upon demo.
