• Added a bunch of notes/suggested changes into the client queue spec

• Doing some review for the 0.12.2 items we need - i.e. dependency updates like https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop/pull/4346
• Read a bit about CRDTs to see how other projects handle the situation we have with publishing changes to the server from multiple clients
