Some preference for acronyms like OAE rather than OGCAE, OAPIE, OAEDR Candidate Standard URI in reasonable shape. Coordination: Common (Chuck), Features (Clemens), Collections (Dave B, Jerome), Records (Peter V), Coverages & Maps (Chris)
