Outstanding issues:

• #127 Open needs more discussion.
• #125 May be worth looking at to see if we've missed anything.
• #124 This is an error that was adopted from API Features -- we need to fix it.
• #110 We could mint the URIs as pending - but it is kind of a risk. Will use placeholders.
• #95 Will ping the SWG for further review -- need to ask Gobe about the cross linking -- will do it ourselves.

• Topics are sequenced top to bottom.
• Topics in "todo" are recorded but discussion isn't moving.
• Topics in "in progress" have active debate ongoing.
• Topics in "write up" are resolved and being worked on to e passed along to the OAB or other report body.
• Can move topics by engaging with other affected SWGs
• Gobe is managing the board on an ongoing basis -- plans to have ad-hoc meetings to discuss "in progress" issues.
