• EDR API Specification: Published 13 Sept 2021, Press Release 27 Sept 2021
  • OGC API website decoupled from docs/edr_api.html & standard/openapi/EDR_OpenAPI.yaml so use master branch standard folder for v1.0.1.
• GitHub project boards being populated, priorities being established
• Outstanding Issues:
  • Need to re-establish nightly builds
  • Finish some examples documentation
• Outstanding Pull Requests:
  • Do Not delete obsolete branch, to maintain development history of Candidate Standard
• Compliance Test Suite:
• API coordination:
  • API-Common Part 2: Geodata (aka Collections)

  • Issue #316 Dave Blodgett asked whether we could use HTTP Get x-www-form-urlencoded to handle large query payloads
  • Group agreed to change Issue #317, on adding support for ensemble members, to be more a more generic requirement to add support for an API provider defined categorical query parameter

Update other Documentation on GitHub:

• Dave Blodgett will work with others in the group to update the wiki to improve layout and add API example queries.

Plans for next month:

  • Gobe presented an update on the work he has been doing on adding EDR to the OGC e-learning repository
  • Gobe made the group aware that the OGC is planning a series of Webinars to present the EDR API demonstrators
    • Mark Burgoyne, Boyi Shangguan ready
    • need to ask Shane Mill and Tom Kralidis
    • Pete Trevelyan needs to reoslve an IPR issue
