API coordination:

Gobe Hobona asked for volunteers to become the EDR Test Lead for CITE tests. Gobe Hobona agreed to arrange a meeting to discuss how to resource the building of the EDR CITE tests. Stephan Siemen will attend adn Ethan Davis will be invited by Dave BLodgett.

All agreed that the EDR will not be a multipart standard

SWG passed a motion to ask the TC to accept the EDR Candidate specification as an OGC standard

Outstanding issues: #167, #157, #153, #165 to remain open to allow changes identified in SWG 36

 Mark Burgoyne agreed to replace the single row tables with plain text

 All agreed bullet point 3 should be removed from section 8.1

 Mark Burgoyne agreed to replace remaining github URL's
