Steering Committee 202003 Minutes

1. 2020.02 release

• Update:

• • Translation ongoing and to complete March 5th.
• • Documentation in progress: completed most with a few left. It's important to keep different versions of the documentations. RT will work with SV to create a new version for this release
• • Everything has been merged.
• • Useful to have a sandbox for documentation and general user testing.

• Action items:

• • AM will conduct general user testing
• • Matthias and Jeff will release the code on Github by March 10th
• • XS announce new release on listserv and on the website
• • RT complete documentation by March 20th.
• • EH update public-facing CORAL instance

2. Future direction for CORAL Web committee

• SC will consider merging web committee responsibilities into SC if needed.

• User map is not working now. Need to look into the alternatives.

• Action items:

• • XS/Rebecca: recruit new Web committee members on listserv and at ER&L.
• • User map: Andrews will work on the user map.

3. CORAL User Group meeting at ER&L

• RH and XS will be at the user group meeting on March 10 at ER&L. Streaming option might be available. XS will check with ER&L if CORAL will be streamed.

4. Other upcoming CORAL user group meetings

• France Coop CORAL user group meet in June.
• NASIG CORAL user group meeting end of May or early June

5. CORAL Slack.

• AM shared with the group there is a Slack for CORAL Slack: oral-erm.slack.com
