Commentary: The first 2 verses comes from 《庄子·列御寇》, 巧者劳，而智者忧。无能者无所求。饱食而敖游，汎若不系之舟，虚而敖游者也。 知命 comes from《论语·为政》, 五十而知天命; where I should evaluate my “六一”, which comes from 欧阳修 changing his 号 from 醉翁 to 六一居士, and I’ve written a poem on it. 醉翁 signifies the period where he is actively working while 六一居士 signifies his retirement.
