Course Development

Since February 1st, 2017; I developed the following course materials:

• 6-hour workshop for staff development training (for Temasek Polytechnic) on Basic Sequence Analysis using Web-Based Tools
• 45-hour module for continuing education and training (for Temasek Polytechnic) on Introductory Biology
• 45-hour module for continuing education and training (for Temasek Polytechnic) on Introduction to Genomic Techniques
• 45-hour module for continuing education and training (for Temasek Polytechnic) on Basic Transcriptomic Analysis
• 45-hour module for continuing education and training (for Temasek Polytechnic) on Python for Genomic Data Science
• 45-hour module for continuing education and training (for Temasek Polytechnic) on Application Projects (hands-on with consultation)
• 8-hour workshop for corporate training (for NTUC Learning Hub) on Introduction to Coding using Python

Total amount of course development is 239-hour worth of course materials.
